The Governance Question

When multiple data sources and AI systems are layered together, transparency and oversight become critical. Teams must be able to explain how recommendations are generated, which datasets were used, and whether certain populations are being favored or excluded.
Fairness metrics, bias audits, and cross-functional review processes are no longer optional. They are foundational.
