HOTEL & TRAVEL

  • View Info
  • Hotel Scam Alert!
It has come to our attention that some of our conference participants are being targeted in a hotel scam. We do not utilize any third-party hotel booking services. If you are contacted by any company other than Cambridge Innovation Institute (CII) or any of CII’s divisions (including Cambridge Healthtech Institute and Cambridge EnerTech) please do not do business with them. These companies may ask for advance payment, and should you contract with them, you may be unable to confirm, make changes or receive a refund, and reservations are often canceled without advance notice.

When will the Hotel Room Block open?

  • We will not open the Hotel Room block until after the final brochure is released. Please visit the Travel page for updates.

When is the Final Brochure released?

  • Mid to late October

ONSITE TRANSPORTATION

SHUTTLE INFORMATION

RESOURCES & REMINDERS

Stay Comfortable: Packing for Florida Weather

Florida weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing layers to stay comfortable throughout the conference. While the days may be warm, evenings and indoor spaces can feel much cooler. Dressing in layers ensures you’re ready for whatever the forecast brings!

Uber Information

Planning to use Uber during the conference? Please note that wait times can be longer than expected, especially during peak dinner hours. To avoid delays, consider scheduling a ride in advance. To schedule a ride in advance, open the Uber app and click the “calendar icon/Later” in the top right-hand corner. You can then put in a destination and schedule a pick-up time and location.

Please note that onsite transportation will also be provided. More information can be found under the “ONSITE TRANSPORTATION” section.
